Utilizing the work of Rise Resilient, this is an augmented reality app built to help children to recover from mental trauma. Utilizing the resilience factors, this app employs the use of “Buddies” to serve as a front end for therapy and monitoring of the children in helping their recovery process.
This game consists of a survey to monitor the child’s factors, as well as mini-games that specialize in trauma recovery. This game was revamped for research into the effect COVID had on young kids in 2020, and has been used since in that capacity.
